The Free plan is permanent, not a trial. There is no time limit and no credit card required. Your account is never blocked or deleted for non-payment, so you can run your compliance program within the Free-plan limits for as long as you like.
No credit card is required to create an account. You can explore all core features without commitment. Once you reach a limit, add your credit card, and subscribe to the business plan to lift all limits.
When you reach a limit, you simply cannot create new entries of that type until you upgrade or delete some. Everything you already have stays fully accessible, limits only ever block new creation and never restrict or hide your existing data.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you're on a monthly or annual plan, cancellation will prevent the next billing cycle. Your access remains active until the end of your current billing period.
No hidden fees. Your subscription includes full access for your team, at no additional cost for additional seats or features. The only extra costs apply to optional enterprise add-ons such as SAML or On-Premise deployments.
You are billed at the start of your subscription, immediately after adding a credit card and beginning your paid plan. Charges recur on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected billing cycle.
No, a downgrade is not a termination. You keep all your existing entries even if they exceed the Free-plan limits. For example, if you created 100 risks on Business and later move to Free, you keep all 100 risks and simply cannot add new ones until the count falls below the Free limit.
Yes. Pay annually and you get two months free — you pay for ten months of Business and get twelve.
The Business plan includes technical support by email. The Free plan is provided without support, though keeping the platform online, updated, and secure applies to every plan. Consultancy is available as a separately priced add-on.
